All purchases made on the Jolly Craft website or Minecraft server relate to digital goods and services. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Any other non-physical, downloadable, or in-game content

Because these items are delivered instantly after payment, they are non-refundable once received, except as required by UK consumer protection law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Jolly Craft network;
  • Revocation of purchased items;
  • Legal action to recover losses or fees incurred.

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute — we'll do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or others listed on our store. Jolly Craft Ltd does not store or have access to full credit/debit card details. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method only.
